I absolutely loved the stunning view from our balcony, but the room was very small, nothing like the pictures depicted. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way multiple times to ensure everything was perfect. The location was superb, overlooking the lovely resort of Bitez. The dining experience was a bit lackluster, even though the surroundings were beautiful.
